Phyllis Keels is unashamedly a hopeless romantic, who is also an enthusiast about Viking history and culture. She has been writing for over twenty years and is the author of one novel, one on the way, and a children’s book that she also illustrated. She has written almost a dozen song lyrics, some of which have already been put to music, and a short story or two.

When she is not weaving tales of romance, intrigue or the innocence of childhood, Phyllis tackles the Vikings of the corporate world as the head of a project management office. She teaches Bible study several times a year and lives in North Carolina with her daughter and Phyllis’ Labrador retriever, Emma.
